Armory
Every upgrade is a 1Sat Ordinal. New ones land in your game vault and work right away. Send one to your own wallet and only your keys can move it: trade it, list it on a 1Sat marketplace, or keep it. Whoever holds it gets the stats. Equip one per slot, and spend shards to enhance.
Wallet
Each run costs 100 sats. Send BSV from any wallet to your deposit address and it shows up here, usually within seconds. You can withdraw unused sats to any BSV address. Link your ordinals wallet to hold your upgrades yourself.

How rewards work
Before each run the server commits to sha256(serverSeed). When the run ends it reveals serverSeed, and each roll is HMAC-SHA256(serverSeed, clientSeed:n). Your score is computed on the server by replaying your recorded inputs, so a modified client can't fake a result.
